Unlike agents focused on single domns, Joule's agents work together across different business functions including supply chn, finance, HR, and more. This approach enables our customers to solve complex problems in a manner that isolated solutions could not achieve.

Consider the scenario where Joule helps resolve a payment dispute by monitoring accounts, issuing warnings, analyzing data, proposing recommations, and generating comprehensive reports. A collection agent would initially plan a strategy by breaking down the task into manageable steps. These steps are then executed efficiently by collaborative expert agents such as eml agents, invoice agents, and support case agents which automate each workflow phase. This allows employees to focus on strategic activities rather than repetitive tasks.
